Qualifications

• Graduate from NAACLS/ABHES accredited MLT/MLS/MT program; CE requirements.
• Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science or MLS/MT.
• BLS certification and ASCP/AMT registration.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity clinical lab tests across hematology, chemistry, cytology, histology, urinalysis, serology, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Ensure accurate specimen processing and timely testing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Uphold quality control and regulatory compliance (CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA).
• Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for transport.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
