Texas Oncology is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team! This position will support the Laboratory Department at our 2410 Round Rock Avenue #150 location in Round Rock, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or major holidays.

This position can be hired as a level 1, 2, or Sr based on candidate experience.
Texas Oncology is the largest community oncology provider in the country, with over 600 providers across 220+ sites in Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. Our mission is to make the best cancer care accessible to all communities, allowing patients to fight cancer at home with support nearby. We treat half of all Texans diagnosed with cancer annually.

Level 1: Associate's degree in medical technology or related field, current state license if required, AMT/ASCP certification preferred but not required, entry-level with no experience needed.
Level 2: Requires three years of experience.
Level Sr: Requires five years of experience.
Full range of motion, manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, corrected vision, and normal hearing. Legible handwriting required.
Office environment with frequent interaction with staff and management. Travel may be required (~70% of the time).
