Qualifications

• Current Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist license in state of practice or within 180 days of hire.
• ASCP/AMT/AAB generalist cert required within 90 days of hire; discipline certs only in specific facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized laboratory testing independently within established time frames.
• Performs quality control and instrument maintenance/troubleshooting; documents corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards and safety guidelines; participates in proficiency testing.
