Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Active MT/MLS certification by ASCP, NCA, AMT or AAB is required or registry eligible with certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialty laboratory testing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review quality control data and maintain proper records.
• Train new employees and students on procedures and equipment.
• Maintain safety and compliance with LMC policies.
