Qualifications

• Generalist MLS required with broad lab experience.
• Education requirements include B.S. or A.S. in MLS; foreign equivalency accepted.
• Specialized tracks in Microbiology/M Molecular may require advanced degrees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations and specimen handling.
• Interpret and verify test results; ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analyzers; support QA/QC programs.
• Coordinate with departments and staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support point-of-care and blood bank activities as needed.
• Mentor staff and participate in competency assessments.
