Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist for Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM). The role supports routine and complex analyses, requiring solid laboratory knowledge and strong judgment to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient operation and quality results.

The position is non-exempt with a Bachelor’s degree and one year of hospital laboratory experience preferred; certification eligibility is essential within 18 months across approved MLS/MT
