Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent for MLT track.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field for MLS track.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens following established protocols and ensure proper patient identification.
• Perform QC checks and document results; communicate critical values per policy.
• Enter and verify results in LIS; maintain records and documentation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Adhere to quality control policies and proficiency testing requirements.
• Fulfill regulatory education and training obligations annually.
