Worker Type: PRN

Pay Range: $23.41 - $35.12

Pay Rate Type: Hourly

Job Summary: Performs routine and complex laboratory analyses to assist in diagnosis and treatment, using established procedures.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing a variety of laboratory tests, from simple to complex.
2. Assessing specimen quality and handling.
3. Reporting accurate results to physicians.
4. Operating electronic equipment and instruments.
5. Maintaining quality control and calibrating instruments.
6. Storing hazardous materials properly.
7. Continuing education and proficiency testing.
8. Ensuring safety protocols are followed.
9. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: No experience required.

Physical Requirements: Includes lifting, standing, walking, visual and auditory demands, and occasional bending or lifting over 25 lbs.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid CLS, CLT, or MLT license as specified per state.

Work Shift: Variable shifts.
