• Associate degree in Laboratory Science/MLT/MLS/MT required.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Hold ASCP or AMT certification.
• Minimum one year post-graduation medical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology and more.
• Ensure accurate specimen processing and timely results.
• Adhere to CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain quality control and instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Assist with inventory, training and process improvements.
