Qualifications

• Education: Baccalaureate MLS or Associate degree MLT
• Licensure / Certification: Certification in laboratory related field required for off shift and site supervisors
• Certification: ASCP Certification
• Experience: Minimum of two years relevant section(s) experience preferred
• Effective Communication Skills
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to relate to all aspects of health care team and function in multiple situations
• Ability to coordinate and supervise all activities of a department section(s) or an entire shift
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites as needed
