Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Biology or Biochemistry from a CLIA-approved program (required).
• MLS Certification or eligible by a nationally recognized certifying agency (ASCP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs routine analytical tests on blood and body specimens.
• Ensures patient safety and accuracy before releasing results.
• Maintains quality control and instrument performance.
• Keeps work area safe and compliant with hospital policies.
