Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory/medical technology or related science from accredited institution.
• ASCP certification preferred or required.
• BOC eligibility within 6 months of hire and certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performing Laboratory Tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology and transfusion services.
• Analyzing test results to provide accurate data for patient care decisions.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment with proper calibration.
• Implementing quality control procedures to ensure reliability of results.
• Preparing and handling samples following proper protocols.
• Recording and reporting data to healthcare providers clearly.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
