Research Medical Center is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLS to perform routine and complex laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology to support patient diagnosis and care. The candidate will ensure accuracy, participate in quality control, and operate critical instruments in a multi-location hospital network.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in laboratory science and appropriate certification or registry eligibility within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related science is required.
• Certification or registry eligibility must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Grandfathered CLIA MT/MLS status is acceptable if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Perform chemical, hematology, serological, immunohematology, and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• Produce accurate results in hematology, serology, chemistry, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology and other areas as designated.
• Maintain quality results by running standards and controls, calibrating equipment, and monitoring quality control protocols.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related science

CLIA 88 grandfathered MT/MLS or equivalent

Registry/certification eligible within 1 year of hire
