Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of telemarketing or phone sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales calls and sales emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform purchasing and sales activities for new and existing customers
• Quote prices and provide information regarding terms of sale
• Prepare formal quotes, sales orders, RMAs, and purchase orders
• Verify and maintain customer information, including billing details, account numbers, shipping preferences, and freight fees
• Send shipment documentation to logistics and customers, and communicate additional delivery information
• Conduct daily outbound sales calls to establish new business and support ongoing customer relationships
• Schedule customer visits, attend trade shows, and follow up with prospects
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and effectively
• Support organizational quality initiatives
• Prepare proposals and consult with customers on solutions tailored to their needs
• Provide consistent customer service and ongoing account development
• Communicate constructively with management and team members regarding ideas, challenges, and improvements that support new processes or policies
