Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Temporary Image Service Center Representative to join a leading Boston healthcare organization onsite in Boston, MA. The role runs from November 9, 2026 through February 6, 2027, with multiple Monday-Friday day shifts: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, or 11:00 AM-7:30 PM.

Compensation is $18.80-$19.50 per hour, and the position supports imaging operations by processing, retrieving, transferring, and maintaining imaging records while collaborating with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately process and maintain records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work professionally with physicians and hospital personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous healthcare, medical records, imaging, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic or other healthcare systems is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and upload medical imaging into internal systems for review by radiologists and healthcare providers.
• Prepare and distribute imaging CDs/DVDs and reports as requested.
• Retrieve prior imaging studies from internal and external facilities to support patient care and comparison reviews.
• Electronically file imaging records with accurate documentation.
• Process imaging transfer requests between internal departments and outside facilities.
• Navigate multiple healthcare and imaging systems to locate and maintain patient imaging information.
• Provide clerical and telephone support while assisting radiologists and internal teams with imaging requests.
