Atrius Health, part of UnitedHealth Group, is a leading health care provider in eastern Massachusetts with 28 practice locations. We are seeking an Imaging Center Support role in Norwood as part of our Radiology - MRI team. Per diem, as needed schedule.

Under supervision, you will support imaging technologists, interview patients, position for exams, and help maintain the imaging area. We value teamwork, patient care, and reliable, flexible staff.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a healthcare setting.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferred.
• ACLS may be required based on specialty.
• Prior experience in an Advanced Imaging Center.
• Computer experience.
• Solid interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in providing quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct support to imaging technologists
• Interviews patients and provides education about imaging processes and procedures
• Positions patients for imaging exams
• Restores imaging studies for follow up patients
• Provides general organization of the imaging area
• Promotes effective working relationships to meet the goals and objectives of the Imaging Center
• Provides back‑up coverage for other support staff
