South Shore Health is seeking a part-time Admitting/Administrative Clerk for the SSH Imaging Diagnostic unit in Weymouth, MA. The role involves registering patients, verifying demographics, and coordinating imaging exams in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two years of college preferred.
• Minimum two years of registration experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients in the computer system.
• Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures as required.
• Schedule and coordinate exams using EPIC/Visage systems.
• Greet patients and escort them to appropriate areas.
• Provide information on HIPAA and Mass Health Care Proxy as needed.
• Maintain forms and equipment in printers and workstations.
