Job summary

Trillium Professional is seeking an Image Service Center Representative for a 6-month contract in Boston. This on-site role offers Monday–Friday shifts at 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM.

You will support imaging workflows by retrieving, uploading, filing, and transferring medical images and reports to ensure timely access for physicians, patients, and facilities. Responsibilities include uploading imaging into PACS, retrieving prior studies, preparing CDs/DVDs, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Computer skills and ability to read, write, retrieve, file, and process records.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
No prior experience or license required; approximately one month of on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

Receive and upload outside imaging into PACS for radiologists and providers.
Retrieve prior studies for comparison and respond to urgent imaging requests.
Prepare CDs/DVDs, verify patient identifiers, and deliver or mail images and reports.
Coordinate image transfers between facilities using Life Image and PowerShare.
Create reference or secondary consultation orders in RIS.
Answer calls and provide customer service to patients, providers, and internal departments.
Navigate systems including Epic, Sectra, Care Everywhere, PowerScribe, and Life Image.
