Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Field Service Representative to support Varian Medical Systems equipment across designated territories in the United States. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with electronic/electro-mechanical equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication and field service experience; valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment in the field.
• Manage preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades per guidelines.
• Prioritize customer requests and coordinate with senior staff when needed.
• Maintain territory management and submit field/service documentation.
