Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Healthcare Sales Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will drive growth by selling medical gases and products to healthcare facilities, acting as a subject matter expert for internal and external customers.

The role includes developing regional marketing plans and delivering tailored solutions. You will quote pricing, prepare contracts, and provide product training to colleagues while monitoring market competition and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; up to 4 years of sales experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years of solution driven sales in industrial or specialty medical gas.
Strong relationship management and consultative selling ability.

Responsibilities

Grow sales and margins by presenting medical products and gases to new and existing customers.
Develop and implement customer marketing plans based on product use and industry factors.
Prepare proposals and contracts with pricing and delivery timing.
Train and support other Airgas sales professionals with product knowledge.
Monitor competition and gather market information for go-to-market strategies.
Resolve customer concerns with investigations and solutions.
Maintain CRM activity and territory analyses; report weekly and monthly.
Suggest process and product improvements based on results and market feedback.
