Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of solution-driven sales experience in industrial or medical gas field preferred.
• Demonstrated relationship management and consultative selling aptitude.
• Ability to target accounts and execute a sales process and strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Sell medical gases, products, and services to healthcare and life science customers within a geographic area.
• Develop and implement regional medical and specialty gas marketing plans.
• Prepare sales proposals, pricing quotes, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain CRM data and conduct territory analyses.
• Monitor competition and market developments to inform strategy.
• Travel within territory and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
