Chapa-De Indian Health is opening a new Rocklin clinic in March 2027 and seeks a Patient Service Representative to greet patients and coordinate care from day one.

The role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling, and delivering accurate information while building trust and community connections in a nonprofit health center setting.

Schedule

8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.

Anticipated Start Date

September 2026 in Auburn and transition to Rocklin Spring 2027.

Hourly Pay

$25.00-$26.00
