Job summary

Peak Sport and Spine in Montgomery City, MO is seeking a high-functioning medical front office professional who is energetic and well-organized to support our Montgomery City office.

You will provide excellent customer service, schedule patients, verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations, collect payments, maintain records, and coordinate with physicians and staff. A minimum of 2 years front office experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical front office experience required.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in medical insurance filing and medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in/out, and schedule services.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and related fees.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and payers.
• Support clinic meetings and staff training.
• Perform other duties as requested.
