Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Medical Front Office Float in Newport Beach, CA. Earn USD25 per hour in a full-time, long-term temporary role at multiple medical offices in Irvine and Newport Beach.

Ideal candidates have experience in doctor offices, hospitals, or healthcare clinics, with flexibility for early shifts starting as early as 5:15am and ending by 4:00pm. Scrubs are required on site.

Formación

• Experience working for a Doctor office, Hospital or Healthcare Clinic.
• Busy office experience preferred.
• Must be open to variable early morning hours.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and check them in.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and assist in clinic flow.
