Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join the Skyview team in Vancouver, WA. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, answer calls and schedule appointments, all while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience and preferably medical front office experience. Epic experience is a plus and a strong keyboarding skill is essential.

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our Skyview team! To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Skyview (14019 NE 10th Avenue #620 Vancouver, WA 98685)

Schedule: Monday-Thursdayfrom 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.

• Experience with Epic preferred.

• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range:

$17.31 - $24.24
