Optima Medical is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Arizona-based medical group. You will verify insurance coverage, collect copayments, answer phones, relay messages, and schedule appointments for patients across 34 locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical front office or customer service experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. HS diploma or GED required, benefits available.

• 1 year customer service experience required
• Experience with EMR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
