Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Boulder City, NV. The role involves verifying insurance, collecting copays, answering phones, scheduling appointments and updating patient information to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of medical front office or customer service experience, be proficient with EMR, and possess strong communication and multitasking skills. HS diploma or GED is required.
