Mid Atlantic Retina is a leading retina practice in the Huntingdon Valley area seeking a Front Desk professional. You will check patients in and out, copy insurance cards, and ensure referrals are presented. You will enter and verify information in the EMR system, schedule patients and assist with other office tasks.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours, overtime as needed, and a $1,000 hiring incentive for new hires. Healthcare benefits and 401(k) are included.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year front desk experience in a medical office (desired).
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, Microsoft Office Suite.
• NextGen knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Check patients in and out, copy insurance cards and ensure referrals are presented.
• Enter and verify information in the EMR system and insurance data.
• Schedule patients and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Assist with other office related tasks as needed.
