Mid Atlantic Retina is seeking a Front Desk professional to manage patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and schedule appointments in a busy retina practice. You will ensure referrals are obtained and entered properly in the EMR system, while delivering courteous service in a high-volume environment.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and 1 year of front desk experience in a medical office; knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected, with NextGen

Competenze

Mansioni

• Check patients in and out and manage front desk workflows.
