Mid Atlantic Retina is seeking a Front Desk professional to join a busy medical office in Fortuna, PA. The role involves checking patients in and out, copying insurance cards, and ensuring referrals are presented.

You will enter and verify insurance in the EMR and help schedule patients, supporting daily office operations. The position is full-time with a standard 40-hour week, overtime possible, and eligible for a $1,000 hiring incentive payable as $500 after 90 days and $500 after one year for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year front desk experience in a medical office or equivalent (desired).
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, Microsoft Office Suite.
• NextGen knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out, copy patient insurance cards and ensure referrals are presented.
• Enter and verify insurance in the EMR system, schedule patients and assist with other office tasks.
