Responsabilités

• Gathers complete and accurate patient demographic and financial information; verifies insurance plans and benefits.
• Records patient payments during check-in/check-out.
• Schedules patient appointments with proper techniques to maximize availability.
• Communicates clearly with physicians and staff regarding patient issues.
• Ensures patient information is accurate and up-to-date in the electronic medical record system.
• Maintains liaisons with other organizations for information exchange.

Formation
