Responsibilities

• Assists patients with ambulatory needs and provides customer service.

• Files charts and coordinates lab work.
• Sorts and delivers mail and medical records.
• Keeps the work area neat and orderly; is punctual.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to compliance policies.
• Participates in site-level quality improvement activities.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
