Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Cincinnati, OH center. You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and verify insurance to ensure a smooth visit.

This full-time role offers weekday hours (8am-5/6pm), a starting pay of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, and benefits including PTO, health plan, and a 401(k). Equal opportunity employer. Join a large network of centers and grow with us.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of front desk experience is required.
• Experience with patient intake and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about the visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, and internal teams as needed.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations/verifications.
