Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist - Float to support multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Cincinnati area. This full-time role involves front desk duties, patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and coordination with insurance entities and external partners.

The position offers a 8:00am–5/6:00pm schedule, $17.00–$18.00/hour based on experience, and a path to growth with benefits and company-wide mentorship as part of a busy multi-clinic network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of medical office experience and insurance verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
