This full-time, non-exempt role is based in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting and supports scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a front desk or medical receptionist role, strong communication skills, and familiarity with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a front desk or medical receptionist role.
• Experience with insurance verification and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
