Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments.
• Submit prior authorizations and respond to patient inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Assist during clinical duties if MA certified, including allergy testing and injections.
