Qualifications

• Two years front office experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and eligibility for discounts.
• Register new patients and update records in the EHR.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments per clinic protocols.
• Answer calls, route messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Collect copays and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure completion of intake and consent forms.
