Job summary

Studio City Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, sign them in, answer phones, and provide information about services while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, legal work status in the U.S., and good interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required, and you will translate as needed to support staff and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign in patients, providing exceptional patient experience.
• Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages and provide information.
• Maintain registration and lobby areas, ensuring an organized front desk.
• Translate for provider and office staff as requested.
