Hrmd-Management,-LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet patients, answer phones, register patients, and manage check-ins and check-outs in a medical clinic setting. The role requires strong customer service skills and experience with medical terminology.

Responsibilities include updating EMR records, collecting payments, coordinating with providers, and maintaining a clean lobby. Some travel may be required, and compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service/front desk roles.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.

Responsabilités

• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct individual.
• Greet patients, clients, and vendors.
• Register and assign rooms to guests; check-in patients and upload insurance information.
• Enter payments in the EMR and reconcile daily receipts.
• Close daily batch and print reports.
• Maintain lobby area and ensure a professional environment.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and diagnostic testing when applicable.
• Reconcile daily receipts and money collected with check-in records.
