Vancouver Clinic in Washington state seeks a Front Desk Representative - Float to join our registration team. You will warmly greet patients and families, collect co-pays, obtain insurance details, answer calls, and help schedule appointments.

Qualifications

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative - Float to join our registration team. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patient s . Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtainin g and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointment s . If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintai n a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location

Float between Vancouver Clinic locations

Schedule

Variable shifts Monday through Friday, with hours scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.

Hiring range

generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. *Float Differential $3.08/hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .

Pay Range

$17.31 - $24.24
