Responsibilities include answering phone calls, welcoming patients, and coordinating with clinic staff in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required, with Epic experience preferred; strong keyboarding
Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative – Float to join our registration team. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Location: Float between Vancouver Clinic locations
Schedule: Variable shifts Monday through Friday, with hours scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
