Job summary

Vancouver Clinic seeks a friendly Front Desk Representative to welcome patients and families, collect co-pays, verify insurance information, answer calls, and schedule appointments at the clinic's 87th Ave location in Vancouver, WA.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience, with medical front office experience and Epic familiarity preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; pay range listed is competitive.

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front DeskRepresentative to join our teamatour 87thlocation.Tobe successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.Responsibilities can include providingexcellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collectingco-pays,obtainingand completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and schedulingappointments.If youcanmultitask, work well with others as part of a team,andmaintaina positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hiring range generally between$18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year ofmedicalfrontoffice experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computerkeyboardingskillsrequired.

Pay Range:

$17.31 - $24.24
