Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative at our 87th location. You will greet patients and families, collect co-pays, obtain insurance information, answer calls, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced, team environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service and medical front-office experience; Epic experience is a plus. Location: 700 NE 87th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98664. Schedule: Mon–Fri 4:00pm–8:00pm.

Position

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative for our 87th location. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location & Schedule

Location: 87th (700 NE 87th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98664) Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Pay & Benefits

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24

We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment.
