Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression.
• Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, emergency contact, and registration information.
• Ensure all required forms and documentation are entered into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collect copays and outstanding balances during patient visits.
• Schedule follow-up appointments according to provider protocols.
