Vascular & Interventional Specialists in Rapid City, SD, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to support patient experience and daily operations at the Black Hills Heart and Vascular Care clinic, part of the VIS network.

You will check in patients, verify demographics, answer calls, manage scheduling, and maintain lobby presentation while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience in a medical or professional office preferred.
• Comfort with scheduling systems and multi-line phones.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and verify demographics.
• Answer incoming calls and assist visitors.
• Maintain lobby and guest restroom presentation.
• Assist with transportation coordination.
• Monitor front office supplies.
• Perform appointment reminder and follow-up activities.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Support patient service initiatives and communication.
