Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
• Primarily work in Farmington Hills but will need to cover Royal Oak and Novi clinics as well.
• Verify and enter demographic information, insurance authorizations, and precertifications.
• Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
• Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
• Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
• Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.
