Job summary

Elevate ENT Partners is seeking a friendly, organized Medical Front Desk professional to join our Otolaryngology practice. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage records, and handle calls to ensure smooth visits.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver excellent customer service and a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out. Prior front desk or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in medical front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
