Job summary

Lents is seeking a Medical Front Desk professional to join our Otolaryngology practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and manage patient records while supporting physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.

A welcoming, organized, and patient-focused approach is essential. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with the medical team and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless patient
