Job summary

Elevate ENT Partners seeks a friendly Medical Front Desk professional to join our Otolaryngology practice in Orlando, FL. You will be the first contact for patients, greeting them warmly and guiding them through check-in and check-out.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient records and phone inquiries with professionalism.
• Support physicians and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout.

As our front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will greet them with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in our office.
