Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Internal Medicine – Pediatrics at our Salmon Creek and Ridgefield locations. You will room patients, collect information, and prepare them for examinations while assisting with overall patient care.

Training will enhance your scope of practice and skills. At this WA-based clinic, you will work likely in a fast-paced setting with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.) required.
• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Current healthcare provider BLS required.
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, collect patient information, prepare patients for examination.
• Assist with overall delivery of patient care.
• Receive hands-on training to further your scope.

Schedule: Monday – Friday7:30AM to 4:30PM

Pay range starts at $22.25/hour with active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential and goes up based on experience.

Requirements:

Pay Range:

$21.81 - $30.53
